We gave DJSQUARE complete responsibility for our apartment interiors, from design to execution, including the kitchen splash tiles, granite countertop, false ceiling and lighting. The design was good and the overall concept was well planned. However, I felt there was a gap between the design stage and the actual execution. During the carpentry work, there were not enough site visits or on-site supervision to identify practical issues at the right time. As a result, some differences between the design and the actual site conditions were noticed only during execution, which led to multiple reworks and avoidable inconvenience. I believe more frequent site visits and closer coordination with the carpenters during execution would have helped resolve these practical difficulties early and reduced the need for rework. Overall, I appreciate the quality of the design, but the execution phase could have been more closely monitored and adapted to the realities of the site.
